Roots & Resonance
Reserve your spotThe vision
The Tuners Retreat is made for Biofield Tuning practitioners and students — people who already know what it means to work with the field, and who are ready to do it together, in community, held by one of the most quietly astounding landscapes in the American West.
The San Luis Valley offers a reset in itself. Vast, open, high desert sky. The Sangre de Cristo mountains at your back. Geothermal water rising up from the earth. This is the kind of place that does half the work before you've even picked up a fork.
Over four days we'll tune together, receive sessions from one another, share meals, share stories, and build the kind of community that carries you long after you've driven back down the mountain.
"Building roots in community and resonance together in harmony."
What we'll share
Give and receive — this is the heart of it. Work with your tuning forks and, just as importantly, lie on the table and let your community hold the forks for you. Being received is its own kind of practice.
Morning practices to ground the body, open the field, and begin each day rooted in yourself before the day unfolds.
Every meal is prepared fresh and organic, on-site — nourishing food that honors the work you're doing and keeps you grounded in your body.
Unlimited access to Joyful Journey's geothermal mineral pools — ancient water rising from the earth, the best kind of integration.
A mindful plant tea ceremony honoring the wisdom of the botanical world — a grounding practice of presence, intention, and connection through the gentle medicine of plants.
Building our roots together as spaceholders — wisdom circles, shared stories, and spacious conversations that weave us into something stronger than we are alone.
The land
The San Luis Valley is one of those places that gets under your skin. Ringed by the Rocky Mountains, sitting at 7,700 feet, impossibly wide open — it has a quality of stillness that is rare and real. The valley itself is a reset. Add geothermal mineral pools, star-flooded November skies, and crisp high-desert air, and you have a location that does profound work just by being what it is.
Joyful Journey Hot Springs has held retreats, ceremonies, and seekers for decades — a true refuge, worn in by people doing real work on themselves. It will hold this gathering beautifully.
